Fine jewelry should be supported long after the first wear. Our warranty and upgrade program is built to protect your piece, preserve its craftsmanship, and make future changes simple.
Protection against manufacturing defects
- All 18 KARATS jewelry is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects at delivery.
- If a covered defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item without charge.
- Our team must evaluate the piece before any warranty service is approved.
- Repair or service performed by an outside jeweler will void the warranty.
A clear path to your next piece
- Upgrade eligible jewelry at any time and pay the difference in price for the new piece.
- Your selected diamond can be used toward the upgraded design when applicable.
- A 20% restocking fee applies when we take back the original piece.
- The original jewelry must be in its original condition with no damage.

The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, theft, failure to obtain repairs needed to preserve the integrity of the jewelry, and discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, makeup, or immersion in water.
