Lifetime Warranty:
We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all 18 KARATS jewelry.
We guarantee all items sold will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If you believe your items has a manufacturing defect, please contact us so we may evaluate your piece.
If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace the item without charge. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, theft or failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry, or discoloration of precious metals due to chemicals, make up, or immersion in water.
Repair or service performed by an outside jeweler will void the warranty.

Lifetime Upgrades:
Upgrade your products at any time and simply pay the difference in price of your new piece with our lifetime upgrades program. We will use the diamond you selected for your previous product and upgrade it into your new piece!
A 20% restocking fee will apply towards your upgrade for us to take your original piece. Your jewelry must be in its original condition with no damage.
