Free Insured Domestic Shipping

At 18 KARATS INC., we proudly offer complimentary insured shipping throughout the United States on every order.

All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Express and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date provided in your order confirmation.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any damage or tampering. Contact us immediately if there are any concerns.

Free Domestic Returns

We provide free return shipping within the U.S. for up to two orders per customer per year.

Production & Delivery Timelines

Each piece is made-to-order, and production times vary:

• Necklaces, earrings, and ring settings: 2–4 weeks
• Loose gemstones: Approximately 2 weeks
• Custom rings with center diamond: 3–5 weeks

• Saturday delivery (+$30 where available)
• Hold-for-pickup options
• Special delivery arrangements

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We look forward to offering international shipping in the near future.
