At 18 KARATS INC., your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return process. Please review the sections below carefully, as return terms may vary depending on the payment method used.
Return Eligibility (All Non-Klarna Purchases)
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with all original packaging, certificates, and accessories.
- Returns are accepted only with a valid Return Authorization (RA).
To start a return, please email info@18karats.com with your order number in the subject line. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Free Return Shipping (U.S. Only – Non-Klarna)
We offer free return shipping within the United States for up to two orders per customer per year.
International Returns (Non-Klarna)
International orders are not eligible for free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
Refund Process (Non-Klarna)
- We will notify you by email once we receive and inspect your return.
- Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days to your original payment method upon approval.
Non-Returnable Items (All Payment Methods)
The following are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival:
- Custom or personalized designs
- Eternity bands and eternity design rings (made to order)
- Sale or promotional items
Order Cancellations & Changes
- Orders may be canceled or updated within 24 hours of purchase.
- Address changes can be made any time before shipping.

Klarna-Only Return & Refund Policy
This section applies exclusively to purchases made using Klarna. All other payment methods are governed by the standard return policy above.
Klarna Eligibility
- Klarna is available for purchases up to $5,000 USD per order.
Right to Return (Klarna Purchases)
- Customers have the right to return Klarna purchases within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition for sanitary and quality-control reasons.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Free Return Shipping (Klarna)
- Free return postage is provided for all eligible Klarna returns.
- No restocking fees apply.
- Credit or exchange options are not available for Klarna purchases.

Klarna Refund Processing
