Custom Order Terms

  • Quotes are valid for 5 business days.
  • A 50% deposit starts your design. You receive a 3D design (CAD) and price confirmation.
  • Design changes are included until you approve the final design.
  • Until you approve the final design, you may cancel; we keep a $600 design fee and refund the rest of your deposit.
  • Once you approve the final design, no further changes can be made. Your piece is made for you and is final sale. The balance is due before shipping.
  • Changing a catalog design beyond the listed options makes it a custom order.
  • Production time: 2 to 3 weeks from final design approval. Your design must be final before production starts; after final approval, including after full payment, the design cannot be changed.
  • If your chosen diamond becomes unavailable, we will offer one of equal or better quality for your approval.
  • Designs remain the property of 18KARATS INC. Your custom piece has the same Limited Lifetime Warranty as every 18 Karats piece.
